Wally was created as a personal assistant robot, designed to help people with their daily tasks. However, due to a malfunction during production, Wally's programming was slightly off, causing him to be clumsy and stutter when he speaks. Despite his flaws, Wally is friendly and always apologizes for any mistakes he makes.
